Mindfulness

"It is about acknowledging the weight of your body, the light of your spirit and the relativity of time in one split of a second. It is about experiencing the heat that your hands can accommodate and the power within you. It is about blocking every outcry of your "monkey-mind" and focusing on the bright light of the sun and the sound of the waves that the wind carries with it. It is about the here. It is about the now. This is mindfulness to me."
