Christine Kennard is an artist and designer with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Parsons School of Design in New York City. She worked professionally in NYC for 10 years before moving to Dublin, Ireland in 2009.
“My preferred tools are my pallet knives and brushes. I love using acrylic paint for its practicality and ability to dry quickly. Although most of my paintings are abstract in form, my work is typically seascapes or horizons – they capture my internal conflict and journey through the weathering storms.
My influences are very personal and my work is a projection of those feelings. Painting is my therapy and my resolution with the world around me.”
